LTC(Ret) Wendell Harris

Senior Army Instructor (SAI)

LTC (Ret) Wendell Harris, has been the Senior Army Instructor for Clear Creek HS JROTC since 2007.  He served over 20 years as an active duty Army Officer. LTC Harris served in a variety of leadership positions all over the world culminating in a tour in the Pentagon.  Upon his retirement he served as an Instructor at the University of Houston ROTC department.   Among his various awards he earned a Legion of Merit and was named as the Clear Creek HS Teacher of the Year in 2013.  He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Lamar University and Masters in Business Science from Central Michigan University.    

SFC(Ret) Marcial Sepulveda

Army Instructor (AI)

SFC (Ret) Marcial Sepulveda, has been the Army Instructor for Clear Creek HS since 2001.   He served over 20 years on active duty in the US Army, holding several specialties and leadership positions.  The last four years of his military service were spent as an Army Guidance Counselor at the Houston Military Entrance Processing Station.  Among his many Military Awards he earned Meritorious Service Medal and the Glen E. Morrell Recruiting Medallion.  He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
